Welcome to the Rotary Club of Parktown Excalibur.

The Rotary Club of Parktown Excalibur is based in Johannesburg, South Africa

We meet on Thursday Evenings at the Killarney Country Club at 18h00 for 18h30.

Our usual meetings are "dinner meetings" and consist of club notices, club business, and speaker who is invited to address us on topics of interest to club members. Some topics that have been covered include humanitarian projects, personal finance and hot-air ballooning.

If there is a 5th Thursday in the month, we often have a fellowship meeting at a local restaurant with our partners and guests.

Club Members

Our members include Lawyers, Accountants, Financial Advisors, Computer Specialists and Engineers amongst others. Our members range in age from the 40's to the 70's.

Club Links

We also have a very active Inner Wheel Club and sponsor an extremely active Rotaract Club. We also sponsor three Interact Clubs at schools around Johannesburg

Projects

• Assisting underprivileged schools
• Street children
• Rape survivor victims
• Feeding schemes
• Supplying footballs to the underprivileged schools and institutions (a spin-off from the Soccer World Cup 2010)
• We Participate in Rotary International and Rotary District:
  • Group Study Exchanges
  • Exchange students
  • RYLA
